Description

A zesty rub, great on ribs, delicious on other meats too!


Ingredients

  • 0.25 c Paprika
  • 1.5 T Packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 T White sugar
  • 2 t Salt
  • 2 t MSG (Optional)
  • 1 t Celery Salt
  • 1 t Black pepper
  • 1 t Cayenne pepper
  • 1 t Dry mustard
  • 1 t Garlic powder
  • 1 t Onion powder

Instructions

In a small airtight container, mix all ingredients well. Store in cool dry place.
